How long is the Vietnam e-visa valid?
The Vietnam e-visa is valid for up to 90 days, whether you choose single entry or multiple entry. Multiple entry lets you leave Vietnam and return within that validity period.
What documents do I need?
Have your passport bio-data page, a recent 4 × 6 cm portrait photo (JPEG, max 2 MB, white background, facing forward, no hat or glasses) and your travel details ready. You will also be asked about previous visits and any past violations in Vietnam.
Which entry type should I choose?
Choose single entry if you will enter Vietnam once. If you plan to leave Vietnam and return during your trip, choose multiple entry, subject to the visa's validity and conditions.
What happens after my application is submitted?
Once we review and submit your application on your behalf, the Vietnam Immigration Authority will send a confirmation number directly to your email. You can use that confirmation number to check your status. This number confirms your application has been received; final visa approval rests with immigration authorities.
Is visa approval guaranteed?
No. The relevant Vietnamese immigration authorities make the final decision on visa issuance. Our service helps prepare and process your application, but cannot guarantee approval.
Are you an official government website?
